The complex also includes the Ayrshire I.T. Business and Design Centre, a striking four-floor building that houses computer labs equipped with state of the art technology, and custom built studios for Performing Arts, Art & Design, Graphics, and Media Studies. All purpose classrooms are situated on every floor, for use by day and evening students.

Bright Sparks Nursery lies to the back of the complex offering students and the public a reliable, low cost Child Care facility for babies and children from birth to 5 years old.

The Dam Park Campus is situated five minutes from the town centre on the banks of the River Ayr and within walking distance of both bus and train stations. The college has a large car park for students and staff use. Modernisation and continued building work ensures the buildings are specially designed to incorporate facilities and easy access for students with learning difficulties and disabilities.
