This is a work based qualification and applicants must be employed in a relevant role with a care service provider. Your employer needs to agree that SVQ Assessors can carry out direct observations in the workplace.
A place on this course is subject to an interview process.
Subjects may include:
Four Mandatory Units
Four Optional Units appropriate to place of work
Completion of a portfolio
Direct observations
What can I do next?
SVQ Level 4 or progresion to employment, or to the university sector which may include articulation arrangements with a variety of degree courses.
