Course FeesFundingUndertaking study can sometimes have expensive cost implications. However individual circumstances are discussed and fees at Ayr College may be waived in order for life long learning to take place. A 25% discount may be available for OAP’s. Individual Learning AccountsThe Individual Learning Account (ILA) is a Scottish Executive scheme for anyone aged 16 or over living in Scotland. This initiative assists individuals by providing funding which can be used towards the cost of a course to learn and develop new skills. The ILA is open to anyone earning less than £22,000 a year and there is a wide range of courses on offer, allowing individuals to gain a recognised certificate or qualification.
