The SkillZone is a fully equipped multi-purpose suite with computers, dyslexia software and appropriate materials.
Dyslexia workshops are provided in the SkillZone for learners from the college and the community who are dyslexic or would like to be screened for dyslexia. The workshops give the students the opportunity to focus on their dyslexia, working one to one with specialist lecturers. Students can also develop their independent learning skills using the centre’s software, materials and appropriate on-line study sites.
The SkillZone is located in Room G8, in main building near the library.
