You will need a minimum of one relevant Higher at Grade C or above, or a pass in a relevant NC course at SCQF Level 6 or equivalent. Applicants with appropriate experience or other training may be accepted without formal qualifications.
A place on this course is subject to an interview process.

Who is this course for?
This course will increase your performance abilities and help to improve your confidence, communication and performance skills in all areas.
We make sure that our students are thoroughly prepared for progression onto university, Drama Schools, HND course (which we run too), employment and indeed for life in general.
We have an excellent dance studio as well as a small working studio theatre.
There are many opportunities for those with a creative flair and sound communication skills. You will learn to team work, network, problem solve and much more besides, working with skilled practitioners and real actors.

How will I be assessed?
You will undertake continuous assessments, each part of the course being assessed as the work for each section of the unit is completed.
How many days will I be in college?
Normally 3/4 days, however you will be given your timetable when you attend your Induction Day.
Moving On
If you are successful in passing the HNC course you may be able to progress to the HND Acting and Performance.
The decision will be made depending on your results and positive feedback from your lecturers as to your suitability.
