You will need three relevant Standard Grades at Foundation Level, or a pass in a relevant NC course at SCQF Level 3 or equivalent.
Those without formal qualifications, but who have an interest in the subject area should also apply.
A place on the course is subject to an interview process.

** National Progression Awards or NPAs are designed to help people reach their goals. You will have the opportunity to gain an NPA in Digital Literacy which is made up of 3 Units: Computing, Communications and Numeracy.
How will I be assessed?
You will have continual class based assessments for all subjects throughout the year.
How many days will I be in college?
Normally 3/4 days, however you will be given your timetable when you attend your Induction Day.
What can I do next?
Progression on to a wide range of relevant vocational courses at SCQF Level 5 or employment. Progression will depend on your results and positive feedback from your lecturers throughout the year.
How do I fund my course?
You should apply for a Bursary. You can get a Bursary/EMA Application Pack from the Student Finance Office located in the Student Information Centre at Ayr Campus once you have been offered a place on the course.
